So, what is a “Stress Kit”?
Think of this like your first aid kit for stress. A collection of daily tools that you can use to prevent, move through and transform stress.
So many times when we are irritated at someone – it’s really just our body calling out for a nourishing meal, or a walk. Learn to read your bodies cues, regulate your emotions, and cultivate deeper self awareness, so that you can build and operate from a steady foundation that allows you to meet everyday life, with ease.
